What metals are used for the jewelry?
We use 18k yellow gold, 18k pink gold and 18k white gold to make our jewelry.
 

How is the jewelry made?
Heir to a centuries-old tradition of lapidary, Isabelle Langlois makes the most of French know-how to create your jewelry, handcrafted in our workshops. For more information, please visit the page about our History.
 

How to take care of the jewels?
Our jewels are delicate items that require special care to keep their shine. To maintain them, we recommend using dishwashing liquid diluted in warm water, and gently scrubbing the back of the jewel with a soft toothbrush for children. Be careful not to scrub the stones directly, as this could damage your jewelry.

Generally speaking, we recommend the greatest vigilance regarding hydroalcoholic gel. Indeed, it can damage jewelry containing mother-of-pearl, calcite, pearls, coral, lapis, turquoise or apatite. We invite you to remove your jewelry before each use of hydroalcoholic gel and to put them back once the product is dry.

Can we change the colors of the stones as well as the gold color of the setting?
Absolutely! All our jewelry is customizable, so you can change the stones and the color of the gold according to your desires. Thus, we will adjust the price according to the stones used.
Do not hesitate to contact us in order to inform us of the personalization you want.

Please also note that for this type of request, delivery times will be extended depending on the project.

Is it possible to resize my jewelry after purchase ?
It is possible to have a free sizing after purchase, except in some very exceptional cases due to the complexity of the setting.

How can I order my jewelry?
Only jewelry from Mon Ange collection is available online. For the jewels of the other collections, we invite you to contact us by telephone or by e-mail, indicating the collection and the reference of the desired jewel.

What is the nature of the prices displayed on the website?
The prices displayed in the Collection pages (except for the Mon Ange collection in the online shop) are indicative, as the price may vary according to the current price of materials (for example, gold) or according to a possible customization (for example, changing the stones or the gold color).

 

How long does it take to make a piece?
As each piece is made to order, it takes an average of 6 weeks from the time of the order to the delivery of the jewel.

 

Do you have the models available immediately in store? 
Our jewels are made on demand but some models are available in store. We invite you to contact the one closest to you to check the availability of the piece you want. 

 

Where can I find a store ?
Our jewels are available in stores all over France and abroad. We will be delighted to welcome you in the designer's boutique in Paris (located at 12 rue de la Paix, Paris 75002) as well as in our partner boutiques.

Can you mail my jewelry?
Absolutely! In addition to the stores, we can have your jewelry delivered directly to your home or to the address you indicate when ordering. 

• If you live in France, your jewels will be delivered to you in maximum 2 weeks after production, the expenses of delivery varying according to the value of the jewel.

• If you live in Europe, a delivery via Colissimo International is possible, the expenses of delivery varying according to the value of the jewel.

• If you live in the United States, a delivery via FedEx is possible, the expenses of delivery varying according to the value of the jewel.
